About John: John has been a member of the flexographic industry since 1997 as a member of EFTA (UK), FTA and Miraclon (formerly Kodak) since 2007. He has held many roles at Miraclon, including product management, business development, sales and technical support, both globally and regionally.
Since 2018, John has been responsible for advanced print applications, focused on micro-engineering and optimization of plate surface structures to control and manage ink transfer and laydown.

About Mike: Entering into the industry in the early 1990s and working through the transition from conventional to digital prepress while at the Pitman Co, Mike was able to gain a wealth of knowledge of customer needs in prepress. Joining HYBRID Software 10 years ago, this knowledge expanded as he was able to work closely with development to build new products to the packaging marketplace for prepress.
Ann Michaud
Division Scientist, Global Application Engineering at 3M

About Ann: Ann Michaud is a division scientist, global application engineering, with 3M’s Industrial Adhesive and Tape Division. She is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering.
She has been with 3M for more than 30 years and has held positions in product development, product engineering and spent most of her career as an application engineer focused on the flexographic industry. She has been an active member of FTA, TCFA and has participated in many industry events.
Kariahlyn Lindsey
Print Process Manager at Accredo Packaging

About Kariahlyn: Kariahlyn graduated from Clemson University in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in graphic communications. She began her flexography career at The Sonoco Institute at Clemson, where she ran the print lab conducting industry trials, led training events for students and industry professionals, and participated in research related to the flexographic industry. While at the Sonoco Institute, Kariahlyn developed her skills in color management, plate technology and optimization practices.
Kariahlyn currently works at Accredo Packaging as print process manager, where she continues to manage the implementation and adoption of industry technologies into real-world applications and problem-solving processes. She specializes in troubleshooting flexographic production capabilities as it relates to color management, press, plateroom and graphics. Over the last three years at Accredo, Kariahlyn has expanded her application-based knowledge.
